We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Stagehand to join our event production team. As a Stagehand, you will play a vital role in the setup, operation, and breakdown of stage equipment, ensuring seamless performances and events.

Responsibilities may include: Assist with the setup and teardown of stage equipment, including props, lighting, sound systems, and backdrops, ensuring all elements are ready for the performance or event. Safely handle and position equipment such as microphones, lighting rigs, speakers, and audio systems, ensuring proper functionality during the event. Work closely with other stagehands, technicians, and production teams to ensure smooth operations, proper coordination, and timely execution of tasks. Assist in monitoring the performance space, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, troubleshooting issues as needed, and making adjustments when necessary. Collaborate with lighting and sound technicians to ensure equipment is functioning properly and adjust settings when needed during the event.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Stagehand or in a similar event production role. Ability to follow structured schedules and comply with company policies. Willingness to receive training and follow direction from supervisors. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
