• Job Description
• As a Materials Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently picking orders using the Voxware system, which includes a headset and hand-held device.

This voice-to-pick system will assign new orders as you complete existing ones. You will use carts and totes to pick items, each represented by a line item that may include a quantity. Once orders are completed, you will proceed to the pack-out area. You have the option to use a pick sheet or the Voxware system for order picking. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

• + Pick orders using the Voxware voice-to-pick system. + Utilize headset, hand device, and scanner for order picking. + Manage carts and totes for item selection. + Complete orders and proceed to the pack-out area. + Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Essential Skills
• + Ability to lift 50 pounds. + Attention to detail to ensure correct items are sent. + High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Previous warehouse experience preferred, ideally 3 years. + Good attendance and job tenure. + Sense of urgency due to delivery times. + Willingness to learn.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensboro, North Carolina.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
