Lincolnton, NC 28092 ProStaffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer of high-quality centrifugal fans and blowers to hire a Material Handler, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate inventory flow, efficient shipping, and safe material handling. We are seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces a strong safety-first mindset. If you have experience using warehouse management systems, operate forklifts with confidence, and are committed to keeping things organized and running smoothly—this role is for you! Key Responsibilities

• Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory accuracy
• Execute tasks like stock rotation, cycle counts, lot tracking, and inventory discrepancy resolution
• Handle materials throughout the warehouse: receive, store, pick, pack, and ship
• Accurately label, document, and manage inventory movement
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and internal safety policies
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in line with 5S and lean warehouse principles
• Communicate seamlessly with production, procurement, and planning teams ✅ Key Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control
• Proficient in inventory processes and WMS tools
• Previous forklift experience and proficiency
• RF scanner experience
• Experience with cycle counting
• Strong commitment to OSHA safety standards
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
