Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving tasks. Ensure full compliance with OSHA, ASA, and FAA regulations to maintain a safe workspace. Develop and execute strategies to optimize warehouse operational efficiency. Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and implement corrective actions when needed. Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. Maintain cleanliness and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aviation aftermarket parts industry. Ability to lift 30-40lbs Proven expertise in managing inventory, shipping, and receiving operations. In-depth knowledge of OSHA, ASA, and FAA regulations related to warehouse operations. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
