Key Responsibilities Provide administrative assistance to support the parts and inventory for all departments Assist in maintaining regular cycle counting of all inventory to maximize accuracy Promptly address and resolve customer concerns and service follow-up issues Excellent customer service skills Advise and assist in maintaining adequate stock on hand to maximize initial first-fill rates while keeping inventory annual turn-rates at defined and acceptable levels overall.
