Warehouse Associate Confidential Charlotte, NC 28262 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills to ensure the efficient flow of goods. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels by accurately stocking products and materials. Fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and cranes safely and efficiently. Assist in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring proper documentation and handling of goods. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Utilize warehouse management systems (such as AS400) for tracking inventory and order processing. Skills Proficiency in stock management and order fulfillment processes. Experience with warehouse management practices is preferred. Ability to operate order pickers, pallet jacks, and cranes safely. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order picking and inventory control. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Familiarity with shipping and receiving protocols is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
