WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE AND DELIVERY DRIVER

Position Purpose:

Warehouse duties include using RF scanning system to stock and pull materials, equipment, and other items for shipping or delivery. Truck Driving duties include delivering material, product and equipment within the sales territory for the distribution center. MUST be over the age of 21 to drive; MUST have a Valid DL with clear 3-year Driving Record; MUST be able to pass DOT Physical.

Job Responsibilities:

Using forklift, unloads product and completes the receiving process. Stock product into inventory. Pull product and stage for delivery using work devices, such as hand-trucks, carts, pallet, jacks, and lift-trucks. Packs, seals, and labels packages to prepare product for shipping, using work devices such as hand tools and power tools. Loads product onto trucks or trailers for delivery. Makes deliveries as needed to customers in the sales territory in an efficient manner, minimizing the time away from the warehouse while driving the vehicle in a safe & courteous manner. May prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials. General housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in warehouse. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

• Must have a clean 3-year driving history with no DWI
• Ability to read a map or follow GPS and follow directions to customer sites
• Good knowledge of basic math and reading skills
• Active listening skills in order to understand instructions
• Must be able to drive a lift truck
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable walking and standing for more than 70% of the work day
