Warehouse Associate – Pick and Pack (1st Shift)

Shift:

1st Shift | 8:30 AM – 5:30

PM Pay Rate:

$16.00 – $18.50/hour (Based on Experience)

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Worker to join our warehouse team. This position is crucial to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, securely, and on time. The ideal candidate has experience working with RF scanners, is comfortable using technology, and takes pride in efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using order forms or digital pick lists Verify correct product selection and quantities Safely and efficiently pack items using appropriate packing materials Label packages clearly with correct shipping information Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support inventory counts and restocking efforts Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred Experience with RF scanners is highly desirable Tech-savvy with the ability to learn warehouse systems quickly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs as needed Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Why Join Us?
