Warehouse Fulfillment Associate 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Charlotte, NC 28208 Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse functions and help drive improvements in inventory accuracy and shipping quality. This role will work closely with a senior team member to learn all aspects of warehouse operations, including fulfillment, packaging, receiving, and inventory control. Responsibilities Fulfill daily orders from Shopify and Return on Investment (ROI) systems, including physical shipment preparation Process and ship Purchase Orders according to standard procedures Receive and check in inbound service parts, with a focus on physical inventory handling Assist in shipments and packaging tasks for other internal teams as needed Conduct 100% inspection of service parts to identify and resolve re-packaging needs Re-package and label inventory that does not meet shipping standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Learn and understand the company’s purchase order structure and inventory systems Participate in ongoing projects to correct and optimize inventory accuracy Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation is highly desirable. Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory management systems. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory Knowledge of OSHA standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
