As a warehouse Associate, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, helping with product storage, inventory management, and shipping/receiving tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving and unloading shipments, verifying product quantities, and inspecting for damages. Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper labeling and inventory control. Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment, following customer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure safety and efficiency. Perform regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed (training provided if necessary). Assist with returns and product exchanges, ensuring that all returns are processed correctly. Support other warehouse team members with day-to-day tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
