This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly line and overall production processes. Responsibilities Manufacturing dairy Products in a Farm Environment. Packaging products as needed for production, ensuring quality standards are met. Assist in the movement of materials within the store. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency in manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to mechanical knowledge and equipment operation. Experience Previous experience not necessary. Positive attitude required. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Must be willing to follow directions. Must be self motivated, and able to work independently. Must be trustworthy.
