We are seeking the right person to join our soft plastics, casting and painting dept. Locally owned, world renowned, Fishing Tackle Company. Position includes dipping soft plastics, spraying paints and coatings, and general shop maintenance. We handmake all of our products in the US, at our Wilmington warehouse.

Minimum Requirements:

Good attitude, fast paced work ethic, eye for quality and detail, and a High School Diploma (or equivalent). Experience with spray guns a plus, but not required. Will train on site. Applicant must have a valid NC drivers license and reliable transportation. Random drug testing and a background check.

NOTE:

you will be on your feet most of the day, working with ovens in an often dirty (paint and dyes) atmosphere. Required to occasionally lift reasonably heavy items ~35lbs. This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week). 8:00AM
