A/V Warehouse Technician 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Archdale, NC 27263 Position – Warehouse Technician We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to support our production operations by ensuring timely prepping and de-prepping of production equipment, restocking and organization of incoming/outgoing shipments, and helping to maintain general cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This individual is supervised by the Warehouse Manager and works closely with Shop Manager & Operations Manager to maintain an organized, safe, and fully functional work environment in support of our events. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, be comfortable driving 26′ box trucks, and either currently hold (or be able to obtain and continually hold) a DOT Medical Certificate. Working Schedule Routine business tasks are Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with additional hours required as necessary to support event production timelines. This is a hourly position based on a 40-hour work week. Responsibilities
- Work with the Warehouse Manager(s) to maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Assist with loading / unloading trucks and staging equipment for events as needed.
- Stock/restock materials and equipment in a timely and organized manner.
- Prep and de-prep equipment for production use.
- Perform general maintenance of tools, equipment, and the physical building.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling tools to move, load, and unload equipment and inventory.
- Drive company vehicles (including 26′ box trucks) to pick up materials or deliver items to event sites when required.
- Follow company safety standards and promote safe working habits among others.
- Promptly respond to communications and collaborate with other departments as needed.

- High school diploma or GED.
- (2) Years AV experience and warehouse experience preferred
- Valid Real-ID compliant driver’s license.
- Ability to maintain or obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- Certified or capable of becoming forklift and aerial lift certified.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or production experience preferred.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic. Consistent “can do” attitude. Ability to adapt.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and part of a team.
- Familiarity with power tools, shop safety standards, and basic facility maintenance. Physical Demands
- Ability to work more than 10 hours in a single shift
- Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate effectively by listening and in both written and verbal forms.
- Be able and willing to obtain and continually pass a DOT physical Travel Requirements
- Travel is required as needed, both locally and nationally
- Ability to drive and operate non-CDL vehicles as needed
- Driver’s license is required
- Be able and willing to obtain and continually pass a DOT physical
