Job Requirements
Material Handler Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and performing material testing (e.g., Rockwell hardness testing).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of material handling practices and warehouse operations.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, data, and specifications.
Familiarity with testing equipment, particularly Rockwell hardness testers, and precision measuring tools.
Ability to use computers for data entry, reporting, and inventory management.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs).
Comfortable with standing, bending, and moving throughout the warehouse.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
