Entry Level Reports To:

Packing & Production Supervisor Join our fast-paced produce team and help bring fresh, high-quality products to customers across the region! We’re looking for dependable individuals who are ready to be a part of a team focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

Pack, sort, and label fresh produce with accuracy and attention to quality Visually inspect and grade products to meet customer standards Assist with inventory counts and help track materials as needed Follow food safety and workplace safety guidelines Help keep the warehouse clean and organized, including regular sanitation tasks Support tasks such as restocking supplies, breaking down boxes, and cleaning

A strong work ethic and reliability•we count on you to show up and give your best Good attention to detail•spotting bad product or mislabels is a big deal here Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment Willingness to follow directions and ask questions when needed Prior experience in a warehouse or packing setting is a plus, but not required
