$19/hour

Schedule:

6:00am-3:30pm The Material Handler will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse, including both outgoing production and incoming raw materials. This role also involves organizing and maintaining an efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Forklift Operation:

Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks and staging materials for production or shipping.

Material Handling:

Receive, store, and distribute materials, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed.

Inventory Management:

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including updating inventory systems and performing cycle counts.

Organization:

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment, following company safety standards.

Material Preparation:

Prepare materials for shipment or production, ensuring they are properly packaged and labeled.

Communication:

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery of goods.

Safety:

Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, including those related to forklift operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently. Experience with warehouse operations and material handling procedures. Ability to lift and move materials, including heavy items, as needed.
