Warehouse Associate Manufacturing Concepts Henderson, NC 27536
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize scan guns and other inventory control equipment to accurately receive, count, and record incoming shipments. 2. Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of warehouse inventory. 3. Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory levels and work with appropriate teams to resolve issues. 4. Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels. 5. Assist in the efficient organization and storage of inventory within the warehouse. 6. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory processes and improve efficiency. 7. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and update inventory management systems accordingly. 8. Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment. 9. Provide support during physical inventory counts and assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies. 10. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory-related issues and updates.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. 2. Proven experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably in a role involving inventory control. 3. Proficiency in using scan guns and other inventory control tools. 4. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. 8. Familiarity with inventory management software/systems is preferred. 9. Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed. 10. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
