General Laborer Job Description Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will work in both indoor and outdoor environments, contributing to the production of large concrete cylinders. In this role, you will prepare forms, clean forms, crimp cages, scrape rings, and roll pies. This position requires physical strength as you must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 60 pounds at any time. Responsibilities Prepare and clean forms for concrete production. Crimp cages and scrape rings as part of the production process. Roll pies as required for manufacturing. Lift, push, pull, and move up to 60 pounds regularly. Essential Skills Experience with heavy lifting. General labor experience, preferably in construction or concrete work. Ability to operate a forklift. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to work every weekend. Flexibility to start work as early as 5am indoors and 4am outdoors. Ability to work 10-12 hour days until the job is complete. Work Environment You will be working in a dynamic environment that involves both indoor and outdoor settings. The work schedule includes early start times and long hours, with a commitment to providing two consecutive days off each week.
