W2 Our client is launching a brand-new warehouse operation in Raleigh, NC, focused on pallet refurbishing and logistics. We’re hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join the production floor as Pallet Makers. This role is ideal for people who want to be rewarded directly for their effort, consistency, and hustle. If you’re a hands-on worker who enjoys building things and hitting daily goals, this is the job for you. What You’ll Do Refurbish used pallets by replacing damaged boards Process 2-3 truckloads of pallets per day Use manual tools and repair equipment in a high-output setting Collaborate with dismantling and trim saw teams to reuse materials Assist with trim saw or pallet jack tasks as needed ✅ What You’ll Need Ability to perform physical, repetitive labor Strong work ethic and motivation to meet daily production goals Basic mechanical aptitude (cutting, measuring, using hand tools) Prior experience in pallet, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred but not required Forklift certification is a plus (potential for dual-role responsibilities) Training & Safety On-site Training + National support Training covers: machine safety, repair techniques, and daily operations Safety-first environment — hands-on coaching required for all equipment use.
Productivity & Earnings Pay Structure:
Piece-Rate only – $0.50 per pallet Top Performers /
Earners:
$200+ per day
