Dealership Parts Warehouse Associate Job Summary:

As a Dealership Parts Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the inventory of automotive parts and accessories within the dealerships warehouse. Your primary duties include receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and ensuring accurate inventory counts. Additionally, you will collaborate with the parts department to fulfill customer orders and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment. Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments of automotive parts and accessories Inspect received items for damages and report discrepancies or defects Utilize inventory management software to update stock records, including receiving, stocking, and issuing parts. Organize and maintain warehouse space Pick parts accurately according to order specifications, preparing them for delivery or pickup Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transportation Assist in the preparation and shipment of outgoing orders Collaborate with the parts department to fulfill customer orders promptly, communicating any shortages or delays Qualifications Have a High School Diploma or equivalent Have experience with auto parts sales (preferred) Are able to work in a fast-paced work environment Have strong organizational and time management skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
