Onsite The Blueprint (Role Profile) The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This role is responsible for labeling, packaging, loading/unloading containers, and organizing products accurately and efficiently. The associate ensures that all warehouse tasks are performed in a timely, safe, and organized manner while maintaining quality and inventory standards. This position is for Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:00am The Build (Responsibilities) Receive and make labels and boxes based on zone and priority Determine and build packaging based on product size Use equipment to determine location of box contents Verify product number to the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) label Use basic mathematics to determine the appropriate number of picks Order additional product from other locations when stock is low Move boxes to additional zones when complete Move and lift up to 50 pounds of product as needed Follow safety regulations Unloading products from containers and arranging them into secured pallets. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent Ability to consistently lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion Ability to stand for long periods of time
