D&L Parts Company, formerly known as D&L Appliance Parts, was established in 1955. Our American, family-owned company was created for the everyday handyman in need of the right parts, but unwilling to pay big box stores prices. An Inside/Outside Sales Representative will be expected to not only play a key role in negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services but also be a team player. SUMMARY:
The Distribution/Warehouse Associate must be a team player who will be responsible for the accurate movement of parts and equipment into and out of the Distribution Center following set D&L Parts policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to the following: Loading/unloading trucks, order picking, wrapping products, packing, labeling, shipping and receiving Receiving merchandise, ensuring quantity on orders is correct and verifying inventory records through check-in and receiving process Distributing items internally to assigned locations and individuals Maintaining accurate bin locations and inventory counts Preparing orders by pulling stock from assigned bin locations, ensuring quality control in the process Packaging finished product for shipping (boxing, shrink wrapping, labeling) Responsible for cleanliness and organization of work areas Participating in physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses Operate within Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with D&L Company Policies and Handbook, including IT policies Other duties and responsibilities as necessary for the business or as requested by

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
