Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Production Assistant/Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a key member of our production and warehouse operations, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our daily operations. Responsibilities:

Assist in pulling and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements. Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are completed on time and with high quality. Mask acrylic sheets by applying protective film or tape according to specifications. Conduct inventory management tasks, including stock counts, receiving and storing incoming materials, and updating inventory records. Operate Industrial UV Printers & Lasers using the most updated safety instructions and equipment manuals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, ensuring safety standards are met. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and fulfillment software as needed (if applicable and certified). Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards. Assist with general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to equipment cleaning and minor repairs. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress, issues, and suggestions for improvement. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not required. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management. Physical stamina to be on your feet and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean and orderly work area. Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions. Forklift or pallet jack operation experience and certification is a plus.

Working Conditions:

This position requires physical exertion and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) on a regular basis. The work environment can be noisy and fast-paced, requiring concentration and focus. You will be required to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required to ensure safety when handling certain materials.
