Job Title:

Material Handler Job Summary:

To manually or by hand truck move materials, supplies and finished goods to designated places in the facility. This is to include loading and unloading of trucks and palletization of finished goods.

Duties and Physical Requirements:

• Manually or using hand truck performs various material handling duties in the facility
• Manually loads finished product on pallet or hand truck
• Stacks skids or pallets in designated areas. Cleans up and disposes of scrap bracing, cardboard and strapping and places in proper containers or designated areas.
• Manually loads and unloads trucks
• Assignment could include re-tagging, relabeling and re-boxing of finished goods
• May be assigned general housekeeping duties as needed
• Assist with proper labeling of cases when needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be capable of lifting 50lbs
• Committed to quality, safety and communication
• Team-oriented and self-directed

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$14.95 – $15.75 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
