Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a MNF General Laborer/PIV Operator to join their team. As a MNF General Laborer/PIV Operator, you will be part of the Tilton Factory supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to follow procedures, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Perform a variety of general manual labor tasks including heavy lifting and moving of materials.
Load and unload vehicles and assist in various activities as required.
Operate industrial trucks or tractors to move materials around the warehouse or construction site.
Follow generally defined procedures while working at heights and lifting heavy items (30 pounds or more).
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
What’s Needed?
Forklift certification is required.
No previous experience is necessary; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
