JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing functions to support direct order operations. Duties include but are not limited to storage of goods in active locations, selecting merchandise for shipment, sorting and cross-training into other functions within the DC. Adhering to all J.Jill safety standards and continually strives for improved customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs various tasks involving the storage of merchandise in active locations. Moves merchandise from a single unit to full cases of merchandise weighing up to 40lbs using a handheld computer/scanner. Prepares orders for shipment by selecting merchandise from shelves using a handheld computer/scanner then placing merchandise into bins and/or sorting merchandise weighing up to 30lbs into totes to prepare for shipment. Performs other functions within other departments in the DC, including but not limited to, Retail, QI/QAS, Freight, Receiving, Shipping, as well as other Direct Operation functions.

SCHEDULE

Weekday Pay up to $20.50/hr and $21.50/hr for roles requiring a drug screen. (Includes Incentive Bonus) Weekend Pay up to $21.50/hr and $22.50/hr for roles requiring a drug screen. (Includes Incentive Bonus and Shift Differential) (4 Day Work Week – Sat/Sun and 2 weekday shifts)
