Job Description:
Carlisle Wide Plank Floors is known for crafting some of the finest custom wood flooring in the world. We’re seeking a Molder Operator I to support our production team with hands-on tasks across the manufacturing floor.
This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, physically active, and eager to work with a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
Feed material into industrial molders and stack finished lumber
Move materials throughout the shop and assist with machine operations
Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process
Support other departments as needed and help keep the workspace safe and clean

What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
