Warehouse Assistant Position Available In Grafton, New Hampshire

Warehouse AssistantWest Lebanon NHMonday-Friday First ShiftProvide our customers and co-workers with accurate and timely distribution of inventory on a daily basis striving for same day shipment of all requests.

Assist in the day to day operation of the warehouse including inventory control, shipping, receiving and all functions related to supporting these responsibilities while working effectively as a team member. Must be able to communicate effectively.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment while maintaining safe practices in the workplace meeting OSHA requirements.

Obtain and retain a current Lift Truck Certification.

Ability to pack 4 lathes per hour minimum; UPS shipments must have 99% accuracy.

Pick Orderso Latheso PartsPack Orderso Latheso PartsShip Orderso Prepare UPS/FedEx/DHL/LTL/International shipping documents requiredLoad and unload freightBag and label bulk parts into unitsPrep and pack trolleysBuild Accessory KitsEnsure all items have part number identified on the packagingCycle CountTransport inventory to and from Technology Drive location and Benning Street locationReceive all physical shipmentso Ensure what is in packages (qty and item) match with that of the packing listo Inventory receiving verification of Part#, Qty, PO, Location (physical and computer), Signature and Dateo Distribute received items to appropriate site and if applicable same to QCo Place RMA receipts on returns shelving for serviceRestock shelves from back stockMaintain FIFO system for parts and lathesWork with manager on KanBan systemCopy and distribute paperworkAssist with the transportation of scrap wood to the dumpAssist with the transportation of scrap metal to recyclingBreak down cardboard and take to recycling dumpsterAssist co-workers with finding items within the warehouseAssist with tracking freight as requestedProjects as assigned
