We’re seeking an individual to Help in the shop, providing deburring and brushing of parts, inspection and cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, load and unload production machines Deburr, clean, and package finished parts Load/unload raw materials and finished products Perform basic machine maintenance and fluid checks Handle shipping and receiving as needed Follow safety protocols Other general labor or support tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be 18 years old Prior experience in a machine shop or industrial setting a plus Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Forklift experience
Work Environment:
Industrial machine shop (noise, metal shavings, oil, etc.) Fast-paced, hands-on work environment Team-oriented with opportunities for growth and training
