Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a diligent and motivated Material Handler to join their client’s dynamic team in Hollis, New Hampshire. This role involves crucial tasks related to inventory management and material distribution within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that materials are efficiently supplied to the manufacturing floor and that inventory transactions are accurately maintained. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative setting with potential for growth and development. Responsibilities
Perform essential routine tasks involving the replenishing and distributing of materials to the manufacturing floor according to the Standard Work Chart.
Deliver required materials to the Business Cell(s) on a determined frequency.
Retrieve all finished goods/kits from each individual Business Cell(s) for finished goods inventory.
Interface with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, and other departments to reconcile concerns affecting inventory accuracy.
Maintain daily inventory transactions and accurately pull materials for kits according to production orders, following the FIFO system.
Check and fill shortages in kits or work-in-progress.
Assist daily with data entry of all stockroom and shipping transactions.
Conduct cycle counting and assist in the annual inventory of the entire Stock Room.
Service all stock requisitions following established procedures.
Be cross-trained in all shipping/receiving duties and responsibilities.
Suggest methods for continuous improvement.
Perform all other job duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent education required.
Basic computer and basic mathematics skills required.
Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and within a team.
Prior kitting, material handling, shipping, and/or receiving experience preferred.
Required Work Hours Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 1st Shift Benefits Ultimate Staffing Services offers a competitive salary for this role, with a pay range of $17 to $18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
