Warehouse Worker East Coast Lumpers Hudson, NH 03051 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our distribution center, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards. Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing products are verified against shipping documents. Maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and product availability. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Participate in fabricating or assembling products as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred. Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping/receiving procedures. Knowledge of inventory management systems; experience with AS400 is a plus. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely, including forklifts. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
