KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, DUTIES AND ABILITIES
- Able to use scanners in conjunction with the inventory system
- Meet and maintain accuracy and production goals
- Receive stock, stock shelves, pick orders, package orders, and ship orders
- Check and restock merchandise & inventory, inspect for damage, and verify counts
- Maintain stock/pick/pack and return areas by keeping areas clean, neat, and orderly
- Responsible for maintaining familiarity and knowledge of company product line locations, and priorities regarding incoming orders
- Timely receiving of replenishments
- Responsible for entering overages and shortages into computer system in a timely and efficient manner
- Efficient processing of cores and defects including tagging
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism that creates positive customer experiences reflecting well upon the department and the company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoop
- Also required to climb, push/pull, balance, crouch or crawl, talk, speak, and hear
