Hours:

8am-4:30pm , Monday to Friday with flexibility for overtime as needed Pay rate: $17 hour

Responsibilities:

Staging and assembly of shipping orders, packing and/or crating for shipment, verifying compliance with shipping regulations. Responsible for compliance with internal SOPs and cGMPs and maintaining warehouse storage of product according to the cGMP compliance procedures. Maintain inventory log of finished product in warehouse, inventory levels, and expiration dates of products. Organize all shipping and packing materials. Maintain a log of packing supplies. Enter data into ICS system as it pertains to the shipment of clinical materials. Compute tariff codes, weight and volume of finished product that is exported to foreign countries in courier computer systems. Verify conversion of product weights or volumes based on country’s method of weight/measure. Process shipments according to requirements of courier operation systems. Maintain work area, related warehouse, and dock areas in a clean and orderly fashion.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED.

Excellent skills in the following:

reading, literacy, writing, math, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient computer skills. Attention to detail is crucial for this position. Familiar with the pharmaceutical industry and cGMPs. Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
