Sun-Thu 7:00am-3:30pm or finished, possible OT
The principal duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Schedule all inbound appointments and operate the Inbound Delivery Monitor
• Processing outbound functions through the Pick Wave Monitor
• Create, edit, and update all inbound deliveries
• File all receiving documentation daily
• Process all Proof of Delivery requests in a timely manner
• Provide customer service to vendors, customers, and internal employees
• Provide direction and assignments to the workforce in conjunction with receiving supervisor
• Process and prepare shipping documents for local long haul routes
• Help with phone coverage
• Operate the Pick Wave Monitor and prepare labels for shipping and loading
• Assign work to crew and give direction for loading process in conjunction with shipping supervisor
• Internal distribution dock auditing
• Returns processing
• Other duties assigned by management

External Qualifications :

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Required Education

• HSD or equivalent preferred Experience
• 1-year of warehouse office experience preferred
  Preferred
• Minimum of 2 years previous clerical experience in a distribution environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to use a PC to send and receive an e-mail as well as operate programs in MS Office Suite
• Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (specifically MS Word and MS Excel)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to adhere to Edward Don & Company’s Standards of Conduct policy
• Previous SAP experience
