Warehouse Workers Progressive Innovations Cape May Court House, NJ 08210 Overview We are seeking dedicated and efficient Warehouse Workers to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to manufacturing fence and railing orders. The ideal candidate will have some construction knowledge, be detail-oriented, physically capable, and possess a strong work ethic. Must have valid driver’s license. Duties Load and unload products from trucks and containers efficiently and safely. Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials within the warehouse. Ability to read a tape measure to ensure accurate measurements Build and assemble products as needed Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Assist in fabricating products as needed, adhering to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Skills Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed.
