Monday•Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM (overnight shift)

Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented candidates for a full-time Manufacturing Assembly Associate role located in Fairfield, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for long-term, stable employment with growth potential andprehensive benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform light assembly, basic machining, and/or packaging according to work assignments.
Follow detailed instructions, s, and quality standards to ensure proper assembly.
Read and interpret assembly drawings and blues.
Inspect parts and products for quality and accuracy.
Transportpleted products using proper material handling procedures.
Replenish raw materials and supplies at the workstation.
Complete required documentation and data entry tasks.
Package units for shipment.
Maintain a clean,anized, and safe work environment using 5S principles.
Support other workstations/departments as needed.
any safety concerns and participate in workplace safety programs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude and math/problem-solving skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, hammers) and measurement tools (calipers, tape measures).
Familiarity with assembly drawings and bill of materials (BOMs).
Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and Kanban is helpful.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Stand for up to 8 hours a day performing repetitive assembly tasks.
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting up to 70 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs).
Use of vibrating tools and overhead reaching may be required.
Work is performed in a typical production/warehouse environment (not climate-controlled).
Steel-toed shoes are required.

Pay Details:

$17.00 per hour
