• Job Description
• The Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for efficiently managing shipping and receiving processes, processing paperwork for orders, and coordinating with satellite warehouses. This role requires attention to detail and effective communication skills to ensure smooth operations within the warehouse.
• Responsibilities
• + Ship all orders promptly and accurately.

+ Receive and log new materials into inventory. + Process paperwork for next day orders, including labels and certificates. + Manage incoming orders for the satellite warehouse in Florida. + Communicate daily with the satellite warehouse to confirm order shipments and complete required billing paperwork. + Print labels for new materials received. + Coordinate with truckers for deliveries and pickups. + Log orders for inventory management. + Input information for commercial invoices on international orders. + Adjust inventory cards for shipped orders. + Handle calls from vendors and schedule delivery appointments. + Enter shipment details into FedEx and UPS systems as needed. + Assist the shipping or warehouse manager with daily functions.

• Essential Skills
• + Experience in shipping and receiving operations. + Proficiency in ERP systems and order processing. + Skill in labeling and expediting orders. + Experience working within FedEx and UPS systems.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + High School Diploma. + Fluency in reading and speaking English.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
