General Labor, Bakery TB Position Available In Gloucester, New Jersey

General Labor isresponsible for the final forming of the units to product specifications and slicing product tops to specification. Aligning product entering the oven on to the proofer board. Monitoring the quality of the product on the, Rheon line, Proofer boards, exiting the oven and packing. Assure that scheduled budgeted pounds are completed while maintaining waste control. Document line checks accurately and timely. The incumbent are to maintain the sanitary conditions of the Rheon line, Proofer, Scoring, Oven and packing areas to meet safety and GMP’s standards.

Responsibilities:

Basic operation of a high-speed continuous production line Setting up, operating, and monitoring the line equipment in the filling room Visual product inspection and regrades Liaise with appropriate staff throughout the shift to ensure continuous process and quality standards Keeping a working stock of raw materials required online at all times Basic line cleaning and sanitation Data entry of inventory data into the warehouse management system as required Manual lifting as required Adhering to all health and safety requirements as trained Maintain the required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor Other duties as required

Qualifications:

A high school diploma / G.E.D is preferred Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment is preferred Previous experience in the food industry is preferred Likes to assume a variety of responsibilities in team team-based production environment Proven communication skills both Written and Verbal (English) Schedule subject to change under management discretion
