Warehouse Associate Job Description Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will be integral to the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will play a critical role in receiving and organizing inbound freight, picking and shipping customer orders, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the stocking area. Pick and ship customer orders as well as 3PL items according to procedural standards. Distribute products to and from manufacturing, ensuring

rotation. Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse stocking area, adhering to federal, state, and local safety rules. Receive and tag items in the warehouse with barcode labels, pallet tags, and allergen stickers. Ensure stocked items are organized, allergen-separated, and readily accessible. Inspect inventory items for defects or damage and report this information to the Inventory Control Department. Report any quality defects of ingredients to the Quality Control team. Essential Skills Proficiency with RF scanning system. Experience operating reach trucks and hi-lows. Knowledge of FIFO system. Ability to work off pick lists and system-driven reports. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build excellent working relationships and collaborate efficiently. Self-motivation, confidence, and ability to operate under pressure. Detail-oriented with standard mathematical acumen. Understanding and application of safety rules and regulations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. Ability to use warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, hand trucks, and pallet jacks. Proficient use of Microsoft software, including Word and Excel. Ability to apply general mathematical concepts. Regularly work near moving machinery and mechanical parts, occasionally in high places. Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, temperature extremes, fumes, airborne particles, and vibration may occur. The noise level is usually moderate. Products manufactured in the facility may contain peanuts, milk, and tree nuts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Brunswick, New Jersey. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $21.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
