Warehouse Associate – Order Picking & Shipping

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently for our e-commerce platforms and website sales. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. Process shipping labels and prepare parcels for courier pickups. Receive, stock, and organize inventory. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies. Assist with returns and restocking as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx, UPS systems) is a plus. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
