Warehouse Laborer Position Available In Ocean, New Jersey

Warehouse Laborer Superior Fence and Rail of Jersey Shore Township of Jackson, NJ 08527 Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leading fence company. Typical work week is Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (hours may vary depending on needs of the business). This is an entry level position to assist to produce fencing orders in a timely manner while maintaining the integrity of the products and ensuring superior workmanship. Primary Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of how to pull orders and ensure all jobs are loaded correctly
• Ensure that all orders are pulled and processed in the appropriate allotted time
• Receive truckload and less than truckload (LTL) shipments and reconcile with purchase orders
• Ensure that the yard and work areas are maintained in an organized manner
• Ensure that the shop and yard area is clean and free of debris at all times
• Ensure that the team is consistently meeting routing efficiency to meet Superior Fence & Rail standards
• Ensure quality control inspections are being done in a consistent manner
• Operate the CNC router to fabricate vinyl fence
• Ensure that all team members operate in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Build fence gates and panels as needed. Skills and Experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Skilled in verbal and written communications)
• Construction experience is preferred, not required
• Candidate will be detail oriented
• Candidate must have the ability to learn all the products used and be able to locate product in the shop and the yard
• The successful candidate will have organizational and time management skills
• Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with the internet
• Ability to work independently
• Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude No experience required

$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week

10 hour shift 8 hour shift Morning shift
