Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver Doughty’s Furniture Monroeville, NJ 08343 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves both warehouse operations and driving responsibilities, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes while maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and be comfortable with heavy lifting and operating various warehouse equipment. Responsibilities Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks. Track inventory and manage stock levels. Operate warehouse equipment / move products safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records through effective inventory control practices. Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while handling heavy lifting tasks. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping and receiving is preferred. Ability to lift heavy items regularly. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience with inventory management practices is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
