Job Description
Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team on a long-term contract basis. This role is crucial in supporting the warehouse lending department by managing administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth handling of collateral and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and organize collateral documentation, including mortgage packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards. + Support the warehouse lending team with loan setup, tracking, and reconciliation. + Coordinate the review and processing of mortgage packages, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and properly filed. + Assist with loan draw requests and disbursement tracking to support timely funding. + Maintain detailed records of collateral inventory and related documentation. + Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve any discrepancies or documentation issues. + Perform routine administrative duties such as data entry, report generation, and document scanning. + Assist with audits and ensure all loan files are audit-ready at all times. Requirements + Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in documentation. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. + Ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary software systems. + Excellent multitasking skills to effectively manage various administrative tasks simultaneously. + Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication. + Experience with data entry and managing email correspondence in a detail-oriented environment. + Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. + Previous experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced setting TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
