Warehouse/Maintenance Worker Level 3 Salary range $17-$19.13/hr. FLSA Non-Exempt
I. QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience 1. High school diploma or equivalency 2. Three years’ experience with maintenance/warehouse duties preferred Skills 1. Good interpersonal skills 2. Ability to work with team approach 3. Ability to accommodate flexible work schedule 4. Schedule and complete projects in a timely manner 5. Ability to manage time 6. Must be able to lift and move furniture and be physically able to perform job duties 7. Basic household maintenance skills 8. If required, amenable to training on computer skill development 9. Oversee specific job projects 10. The ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items weighing 40 lbs. 11. Ability to legally operate a vehicle in NY State
II. RESPONSIBLE TO
Supervisor
III. MAJOR FUNCTIONS
1. Schedule projects as work demands 2. Assemble and/or repair household items as needed 3. Complete annual physical inventory 4. Track properly signed documentation/work orders 5. Perform repairs and maintenance for agency sites 6. Paint interior walls of agency sites and offices 7. Understand and follow all program policies and procedures 8. Report all program sensitive situations to supervisor 9. Maintain good working relationship with all agency staff 10. Participate in and successfully complete all required staff training and development activities 11. Perform other related tasks as directed by supervisor 12.
