THE OPPORTUNITY
You will learn all aspects of unloading orloading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or inteams under supervision of site leadership Maintain a safe andproductive environment to exceed customer expectations Handle themovement of pallets and on and off trailers and other vehicles byusing manually or with site equipment to include pallet jacks orforklifts.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
High-energy individual with astrong work ethic Self-motivated with ability to work with limitedsupervision Independent decision maker as needed to accomplishtasks Lift and carry a minimum of up to 75 pounds repeatedlythroughout shift Handling of freight as directed by Capstonemanagement and customer, meeting company standards, customer timelines and maintaining a safe work environment Calculate andcommunicate load pricing to drivers; collect fees and balance atend of shift Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regardingconditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributessuggestions for improvements Flexible work schedule due to changingoperational needs CB Capstone Logistics, LLC is part of TheTransportation and Logistics industry which has been designated a”Critical Infrastructure Segment”. As a “critical infrastructureindustry” worker in the Transportation and Logistics industry,associates are considered exempt from local restrictions such ascurfews, shelter-in-place orders, and other mobility restrictionswhen reporting to, returning from, or performing his or her workfunctions.
