Job Title:

Production Associate Job Description Join our team as a Production Associate on the 2nd shift, where you will play a crucial role in assembling core components used in thermal and heat exchange products. Your day will involve measuring and cutting materials, using hand and power tools, and transporting materials within the shop. The role requires physical activity, including standing for long periods. Responsibilities Assemble core components for thermal and heat exchange products. Measure and cut specific materials such as metal. Transport materials around the shop. Keep work areas clean at all times. Inspect products using drawings. Assist in other departments and stage materials as needed. Lift between 15-30 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs. Essential Skills Ability to stand for long periods. Basic math and measurement knowledge. Willingness to learn and take direction well. Proficiency in reading and writing in English. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with micrometers and calipers. Previous tenure in similar positions. Experience with hand and power tools, inspection, machine operating. Effective communication skills. Ability to pass a drug and background check. Must have personal transportation. Strong attention to detail. Ability to perform tasks in a timely manner. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in an industrial machine and fabrication shop where safety is a priority. Steel toe boots, proper eye protection, and gloves are required while on the job. The 2nd shift runs from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a $2 shift differential. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Niagara Falls, New York. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
