Machine Operator/Material Handler American Felt & Filter Co New Windsor, NY 12553 Summary We are seeking four dedicated Machine Operators to join our team at AFFCO in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is crucial and contributes to our mission of delivering high-quality felt products. Candidates must be able to work on their feet all day, have the ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs., be able to work independently, but also in a team setting. We need team members with great attendance, strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 5 AM to 3:30 PM. Possible overtime is possible on Fridays once trained. Responsibilities Operate various machinery within a manufacturing environment while following all safety regulations and company policies Read orders and specifications to understand material requirements for production. Assist in setting up machinery and equipment for production runs as needed. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify material dimensions and quality. When responding, please include your job history.
