Middletown, NY 10940 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the storage, organization, and distribution of products within our warehouse. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently. Build and assemble pallets for shipment according to specifications. Assist in order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products. Operate warehouse equipment such as cranes, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely and effectively. Package products securely to prevent damage during transit. Conduct heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are utilized. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Utilize AS400 or similar inventory management systems for tracking inventory levels. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with picking, packing, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations is a plus. Ability to operate cranes, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely; certification is an advantage. Strong physical stamina with the capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for inventory management tasks are beneficial.
