Warehouse Technician Position Available In Schenectady, New York

Warehouse Technician P1 Industries 17 Mohawk Avenue, Schenectady, NY 12305 P1 Industries (P1) is on a mission to revitalize American manufacturing by being the fastest, high quality provider of precision parts with a relentless focus on culture, the next generation, and Lean manufacturing. We are looking for a Warehouse Technician who will work with the shipping department to ship and receive materials and products, work with inventory, and maintain an organized warehouse area. This is a hands-on role and requires someone who has experience working with warehouse equipment and inventory and is familiar working with safety and quality guidelines. The ideal person for this role will enjoy checking items off a to do list, prefers being active, and be excited by the opportunity to learn more and grow within the supply chain and logistics aspects of our business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare orders for shipping & delivery Receive materials and parts returning from outside services Perform inventory controls Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment, including forklift Assist with part marking Prepare trucks for deliveries Create and manage documentation for orders

Requirements:

Experience working in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment Strong communication skills Desire to work in a hands-on environment Ability to quickly work in different programs such as Excel and Esti Track Able to prioritize work appropriately and stay on task Passion for excellence

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour
