A leading mining operation in Northern New York is seeking a skilled Warehouse Clerk to support its warehouse operations for both surface and underground facilities. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient handling, inventory, and distribution of materials and supplies vital to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Locate, inventory, and distribute materials, equipment, and supplies. Receive and stock incoming deliveries in surface and underground warehouses. Maintain accurate records of goods requested and received. Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill material and equipment needs. Maintain and update computerized warehouse records and inventory systems. Conduct cycle counts and support inventory control initiatives. Operate warehouse vehicles including forklifts and tractors. Safely lift up to 50 lbs. and follow all PPE and safety protocols. Perform daily safety checks of the work area and equipment. Support additional warehouse and site-related duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience , ideally in an industrial or mining environment. Proficiency in computer systems , particularly Microsoft Office Suite; QuickBooks experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills . Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in physically demanding and safety-conscious environments.
